Personalization
How do I get a name made on the jewellery?
Simply type the name you want in the personalization box on the product page before adding it to your cart. Our team then handcrafts your piece exactly as entered — every keychain, necklace, bracelet and rakhi is made to order, just for you.
What if I spell the name wrong while ordering?
Don’t worry — email us at contact@luxefolk.in within a few hours of placing your order and we’ll correct it before production begins. Once your piece goes into making (usually within 24 hours), changes are no longer possible, so do double-check the spelling at checkout.
Can I write in Hindi or other regional languages?
English script is our standard option on the website. Hindi and other regional scripts are available on request — just message us on WhatsApp or email contact@luxefolk.in before placing your order, and we’ll confirm whether your design works in that script.
How many letters can the name have?
Most of our designs work beautifully with names of 3 to 10 letters. Longer names can often be accommodated too — the lettering is simply sized to fit gracefully. If your name is on the longer side, drop us a line and we’ll confirm before you order.
Materials & Quality
Will the gold colour fade?
Not with normal wear. Our jewellery is crafted from stainless steel with a PVD gold or silver finish — the same durable coating technology used by premium watch brands, far longer-lasting than ordinary gold plating. Avoid perfumes, harsh soaps and prolonged water exposure, and your piece will keep its shine for years.
Is the jewellery skin-friendly? Will it cause itching or turn my skin green?
No. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, nickel-safe for most skin types, and won’t tarnish or leave green marks the way cheap alloy jewellery can. It’s gentle enough for everyday wear, even in India’s humid weather.
Is this real gold?
No — and that’s what keeps it affordable. Our pieces are premium stainless steel finished with PVD gold or silver, giving you the rich look of fine jewellery at a fraction of the price, with everyday durability that real gold plating can’t match.
How do I take care of my LuxeFolk jewellery?
Keep it simple: wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store it in the LuxeFolk pouch or box it arrives in. Remove it before swimming, bathing or workouts, and spray perfume before putting your jewellery on — not after.
Shipping & Delivery
How many days will delivery take?
Since every piece is made to order, we take 2–4 business days to craft and dispatch it. Delivery then takes 4–7 days anywhere in India, so you can expect your order within roughly 6–11 days of ordering. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders of ₹999 and above. For orders below that, a small shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises.
Do you deliver to my pin code?
We ship across India, covering nearly every serviceable pin code through our courier partners. Just enter your pin code at checkout — if it’s serviceable, you’re good to go. If you face any issue, email us and we’ll find a way to reach you.
Can I get my order faster for a birthday or anniversary?
We’d love to help! Email or WhatsApp us with your date before ordering and we’ll tell you honestly whether it can reach in time. Because each piece is handcrafted to order, we recommend ordering at least 10 days before your special day.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a personalized item if I change my mind?
Personalized pieces are made uniquely for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll absolutely make it right — just share an unboxing video taken within 48 hours of delivery.
What is your return policy for non-personalized items?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging. Write to contact@luxefolk.in with your order number and we’ll arrange the rest.
What if my order arrives damaged or with the wrong name?
We’re sorry in advance if that ever happens — and we’ll fix it at no cost to you. Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a free replacement. The video helps us resolve things quickly with our courier and production teams.
Is there any warranty on the jewellery?
Yes — every LuxeFolk piece comes with a 6-month quality warranty covering manufacturing defects like finish peeling or clasp failure under normal use. It doesn’t cover accidental damage or wear from misuse, but if something genuinely goes wrong, we’ll take care of it.
Payments
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available across India, so you can pay in cash when your order arrives. We also accept UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking if you prefer to pay online — all payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Is it safe to pay online on luxefolk.in?
Completely. All online payments go through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways with bank-level encryption — we never see or store your card details. If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, it’s auto-refunded by your bank, usually within 5–7 business days.
