Our products are premium imitation / fashion jewelry, typically crafted from stainless steel with PVD gold coating. Unless explicitly stated on a product page, our jewelry is not made of real gold, silver, or precious stones. Product weights, dimensions, and finishes are approximate.
Product Descriptions & Colors
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, actual colors, finishes, and engraving appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to lighting, photography, and differences in device displays. Minor variations are natural and do not count as defects.
Personalization — Your Responsibility
For personalized and engraved items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the text and details you submit, including spelling, names, dates, capitalization, and language. We engrave exactly what you provide. Orders with customer-submitted errors are not eligible for return, refund, or free replacement. Please review your personalization carefully before checkout.
You also confirm that any text or images you submit do not infringe anyone’s rights and are not offensive or unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse personalization requests that we deem inappropriate.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, and other methods processed securely through Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- We may revise prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders & Cancellations
An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or COD verification). We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or serviceability issues — with a full refund for prepaid orders.
