At LuxeFolk, every piece is crafted and checked with care before it leaves us. We also believe in fair, transparent policies, so here is exactly how returns, refunds, and our warranty work.
Personalized & Engraved Items — Non-Returnable
Personalized, engraved, and custom-made items are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. This includes items with custom names, initials, dates, photos, or messages.
Please double-check your personalization details (spelling, dates, font choices) before placing your order, as we produce exactly what you submit.
Non-Personalized Items — 7-Day Returns
Non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and inserts are intact.
- You initiate the return by emailing us at contact@luxefolk.in with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (including personalized items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened (this is required for damage/defect claims).
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Your order number.
Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Claims raised after 48 hours or without an unboxing video may not be eligible.
6-Month Quality Warranty
All LuxeFolk jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering:
- Manufacturing defects (broken clasps, faulty joints, stones falling out under normal use).
- Premature fading or peeling of the PVD gold coating under normal wear.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage.
- Exposure to perfumes, chemicals, sweat, salt water, or chlorine.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or loss of the item.
To raise a warranty claim, email us with photos and your order number. Approved claims receive a free repair or replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, or before production/dispatch begins — whichever is earlier. Personalized orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
