Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with LuxeFolk (luxefolk.in), a brand by Melchior Gifts. We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will reach out to you with alternatives or a full refund.

Dispatch Time

Many of our pieces are personalized and made to order just for you. Because of this, orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Non-personalized items in stock may dispatch sooner.

  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • During festive seasons or sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed if there are delays.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities generally receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry a small COD handling fee, displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Delays & Failed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays due to weather, strikes, or operational issues are beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please write to us and we will follow up with the courier on priority.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually retry 2–3 times. Please keep your phone reachable. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (re-shipping charges may apply).

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately. If you notice damage after opening, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
